SERVD Couples is a card game designed to bring fun, spontaneity, and playful challenges into your relationship. It's a game that turns everyday situations into opportunities for humor, bonding, and sometimes mischief. Here’s how to play:
Objective
The objective is to play all of your cards by completing the actions or challenges on them, enhancing your relationship through shared experiences and fun activities.
Setup
1. Players: The game is designed for two players (a couple).
2. Divide the Deck: Each player receives half of the deck, ensuring they each have an equal number of cards.
Gameplay
Starting the Game:
Decide mutually on a start date for the game.
Set a game period (e.g., one month, six months, etc.), or agree to play until all cards are used.
Playing a Card:
At any point during the game period, you can play a card by presenting it to your partner.
Your partner must complete the action or challenge on the card as per the instructions.
Rules for Playing Cards:
Timing: Cards can be played at any time unless the card specifies a particular time or condition.
Completion: Your partner must complete the action or challenge within a reasonable time frame, as indicated on the card or mutually agreed upon.
Validity: Make sure the card is played in a context where the action or challenge is reasonable and safe.
Refusing a Card:
Refusal Limit: Players can set a limit on the number of refusals allowed during the game (e.g., each player can refuse up to two cards).
Replaying a Card: If a card is refused, it can either be discarded or saved to play again later, based on your agreed rules.
Winning the Game
The game continues until the set period ends or all cards are played.
There is no traditional winner; the aim is to enjoy the playful challenges and interactions.
Optionally, you can declare a winner based on who played the most cards or completed the most challenges.
