How to Play Cluck, Cluck, Moose!

Game Objective

Try to finish the game with as few Moose Cards as possible. The player with the least Moose Cards at the end wins!

Setup

1. Shuffle the deck thoroughly.
2. Place the shuffled deck in the center of the table, within reach of all players.
3. Make sure everyone is ready to cluck and moose—you’re all set to begin!

Gameplay

On your turn, draw one card from the center deck and reveal it to everyone. What happens next depends on what you draw:

🐔 Chicken Cards

• These are safe!
• Say “CLUCK!” out loud when you draw one.
• Place the Chicken Card in your personal pile—it might help you in a tie-breaker later.

🦌 Moose Cards

• Uh-oh! A Moose Card is bad news.
• Yell “MOOSE!” and place the card face-up in front of you.
• Moose Cards count against you at the end of the game, so try to avoid them—or get rid of them using special cards.

🎉 Wild Cards

These action cards help you escape from Moose trouble:

• Wild Card
  • Lets you discard one of your Moose Cards.
  • Great for reducing your Moose total and staying in the game.
• Pass It Card
  • Allows you to pass one of your Moose Cards to another player.
  • Choose wisely—you might make an enemy or save a friend!

The game continues with players drawing and reacting until the entire deck has been played.

Winning the Game

• The player with the fewest Moose Cards is the winner.
• Tiebreaker: If two or more players have the same lowest number of Moose Cards, the player with the most Chicken Cards wins.
