How to Play Horrible Therapist

Objective:

Players take turns answering wild questions while trying to avoid being sent to “therapy.” The goal is to survive without revealing too much—unless it’s hilarious!

Game Components:

• Question Cards – Contain bizarre or embarrassing prompts.
• Therapist Cards – Assign one player as the “Therapist” for the round.
• Scoring Tokens – Used to track who survives the longest.

Setup:

1. Shuffle the Question Cards and place them in a draw pile.
2. Randomly choose a Therapist for the first round.
3. Deal a starting hand of cards to all players (if required).
4. The Therapist draws a question card and reads it aloud.

Gameplay:

1. The Therapist picks a player and asks them a ridiculous question.
2. The chosen player must answer truthfully or craft an entertaining lie.
3. Other players judge the answer—if it’s too fake or suspicious, they can challenge it!
4. The Therapist ultimately decides who gets sent to “therapy” (losing points).
5. The game continues with a new Therapist each round.
