In Priorities Party Game, players rank everyday (and often absurd) things from most to least important — and then see if their friends can figure out how they really feel.

What matters more to you — your dog’s Instagram, climate change, or a full phone battery?

How to Play Priorities (Party Game)

Can Your Friends Read Your Mind?

One player becomes the “Priority Picker” and receives five quirky item cards.
They must secretly rank the items from most loved to least liked — no clues allowed!

Everyone else works together to guess the correct order based on what they think the player values. Once everyone agrees on a ranking, it’s time for the reveal!

Gameplay

Setup:
  • Shuffle the deck and place it nearby.
  • Choose a player to go first as the Priority Picker.
  • Deal five cards face-up — these represent the items up for ranking.
  • The Picker uses the dry erase board to secretly rank the cards from 1 (most important) to 5 (least).
Guessing:
  • The rest of the group discusses and rearranges the cards in what they believe is the Picker’s ranking.
  • Once everyone agrees, the Picker reveals their actual list.
Scoring:
  • For each correctly placed item, the group earns a card.
  • Any item that’s ranked incorrectly goes to the game.
  • Keep won and lost cards in separate piles — it’s you versus the deck!

Why You’ll Love It

  • Fast to Learn: Just a couple minutes to get going.
  • Quick to Play: Around 30 minutes per round.
  • Ages 14 and Up: Great for families, friends, and party people.
  • No Tiny Pieces: No setup stress, just grab the cards and go!

What’s the Real Priority?

From Spotify ads to scented candles, exes to existential crises — Priorities is the game that gets everyone laughing, thinking, and occasionally arguing about what really matters most.
