Starting the Game:
To begin, use a coin toss or another fair method to determine which team will start. The winning team serves by tossing the ball to the opponents.

Toss and Catch:

• The serving team throws the ball using their toss and catch disc.
• The receiving team must catch the ball with their disc and toss it back.
• Players should always aim to catch the ball using the velcro surface for a secure grip.

Scoring Points:

• A team scores points if the opposing team fails to catch the ball properly.
• Additionally, points may be awarded for successful catches or based on other agreed-upon criteria.

Rotation:
After each point or a set number of tosses, teams rotate positions. This ensures all players take turns serving and receiving the ball.

Winning the Game:
