Equipment:

• Toss and Catch Discs: Two handheld discs with a velcro surface for catching the ball.

• Ball: A soft, lightweight ball with a velcro surface for easy catching and gripping.
  

Setup:

1. Select Teams or Players:

   • Divide players into two teams or pairs, with each team consisting of two players.

2. Determine Starting Positions:

   • Decide on the starting positions for each team, with players standing a suitable distance apart for tossing and catching the ball.
     

Gameplay:

1. Starting the Game:

   • A coin toss or another method is used to determine which team starts the game.

   • The starting team serves the ball by tossing it to the opposing team.

2. Toss and Catch:

   • The serving team tosses the ball to the opposing team using one of the toss and catch discs.

   • The receiving team uses their disc to catch the ball and then toss it back to the serving team.

   • Players aim to catch the ball using the velcro surface of the disc.

3. Scoring Points:

   • Points are scored when the opposing team fails to catch the ball using their disc.

   • Points may also be awarded for successful catches or other agreed-upon criteria.

4. Rotation:

   • After each point is scored or after a predetermined number of tosses, teams rotate positions, with players taking turns serving and receiving the ball.

5. Winning the Game:

   • The game continues until one team reaches a predetermined number of points or until a set time limit is reached.

   • The team with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
