How to Play What Do You Meme? Grounded For Life!
Setup
- Shuffle the blue Setup cards and place them in a deck face-down.
- Shuffle the orange Punchline cards separately and give each player seven Punchline cards.
- Choose the oldest player to go first—they’ll be the judge for the first round.
Gameplay
- The judge draws a Setup card and reads it aloud.
- All other players choose one Punchline card from their hand that they think completes the sentence in the funniest way.
- The judge shuffles the submitted Punchlines, reads them all aloud with the Setup, and picks their favorite.
- The player whose Punchline was chosen gets 1 point (or keeps the Setup card as a score marker).
- Everyone draws back up to 7 Punchline cards.
- The role of judge rotates clockwise and the next round begins.
Winning the Game
- Play until one player earns 5 Setup cards, or play to a time limit and see who has the most when time runs out.
- You can also make your own house rules to fit your group’s style!
