Paranoia (the drinking game) is a hilarious and revealing party game that blends whispers, wild guesses, and just enough booze to get people talking. The suspense comes from trying to guess what your friends are really saying about you—and deciding whether it’s worth a drink to find out.

How to Play Paranoia (Drinking Game)
What You’ll Need:
- 3 or more players
- Alcohol (shots are ideal)
Setup & Gameplay:
- Form a Circle: Gather everyone into a circle and choose someone to start.
- Start the Whispers: The starting player silently thinks of a juicy “Who” question and whispers it into the ear of the person to their right. Example questions:
- “Who’s most likely to lie about their dating history?”
- “Who would sell out their friends for concert tickets?”
- Give a Name, Not the Question: The whispered-to player then says out loud the name of the person they think best fits the question—without revealing what the question actually was.
- The Big Decision: The person who just got called out now has a choice:
- Want to know what was asked? Take a shot (or drink for 5 seconds) and the question will be revealed.
- Don’t want to know? Stay in the dark and keep your dignity—maybe.
- Next Turn: The next round starts with the person who was named in the last round, and play continues clockwise from there.
Game End:
Keep the game going until everyone’s too curious, too tipsy, or too paranoid to continue—or until someone’s Uber arrives.
Fun “Who” Question Ideas:
- Who probably owns something weird they won’t admit?
- Who here would definitely join a reality TV show?
- Who’s most likely to stalk their ex on social media?
- Who would get caught hooking up at a family reunion?
- Who’s secretly the smartest in the group?
